甘薯對干旱脅迫的生理響應(yīng)及分子機(jī)理研究進(jìn)展

摘要 甘薯作為一種較為耐旱的作物,在干旱脅迫下能夠調(diào)節(jié)相關(guān)的生理生化反應(yīng)來抵御干旱脅迫。綜述了甘薯的光合系統(tǒng)、抗氧化系統(tǒng)、滲透調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)以及一些重要的抗性基因在干旱脅迫下的響應(yīng),以期為提高甘薯產(chǎn)量、增加甘薯種植產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益提供參考。

Abstract As a drought-tolerant crop, sweet potato can regulate physiological and biochemical reactions to resist drought stress. This paper reviewed the photosynthetic system, antioxidant system, osmotic regulation system and the response of some important resistance genes to drought stress in sweet potato, in order to provide reference for improving the yield of sweet potato and increasing the economic benefits of sweet potato planting industry.
