摘要  以問題為導(dǎo)向，分別從村莊規(guī)劃的定位、規(guī)劃基礎(chǔ)、規(guī)劃指標(biāo)、產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、居民點(diǎn)布局、人居環(huán)境整治等方面，探討了鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下“多規(guī)合一”實(shí)用性村莊規(guī)劃的編制要點(diǎn)，以期為平原農(nóng)區(qū)村莊規(guī)劃引領(lǐng)鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)行動(dòng)提供借鑒。

Abstract  This paper was problem oriented and explored the compilation points of practical village planning based on “multiple plans integration” under the background of rural vitalization from the aspects of orientation of village planning， planning basis， planning indicators， industrial layout， settlement layout， living environment improvement， etc.， in order to provide reference for the lead of village planning on rural construction actions in plain agricultural areas.
