“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”專業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才模式探索

摘要 為積極探索拔尖創(chuàng)新型農(nóng)林人才培養(yǎng)，推進互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)與高校教學(xué)深度融合，構(gòu)建互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+專業(yè)創(chuàng)新服務(wù)型人才培養(yǎng)模式。通過構(gòu)建互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+教育教學(xué)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+眾創(chuàng)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+獎勵機制等方式制訂個性化教學(xué)和服務(wù)，以期進一步推動本科高校農(nóng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式改革。

Exploration on the Model of “Internet +” Professional Innovation Talents

Abstract In order to actively explore the cultivation of top-notch innovative agricultural and forestry talents， we promoted the deep integration of Internet information technology and university teaching， and constructed the cultivation model of Internet + professional innovative and service-oriented talents. Through the construction of Internet + education and teaching， Internet + mass innovation， Internet + reward mechanism and other ways， the personalized teaching and services were developed， so as to further promote the reform of agricultural talents’ training model in undergraduate universities.
