新文科建設(shè)背景下茶文化課程思政教學(xué)實踐探索

摘 要：中國是茶的故鄉(xiāng)，也是茶文化的發(fā)源地。茶文化承載的不僅是一種極富質(zhì)感的生活方式，也是深厚的文化意蘊，是中國文化的一種具體體現(xiàn)。該文介紹了在新文科背景下，皖西學(xué)院對茶文化教學(xué)進行優(yōu)化，與茶企合作走產(chǎn)學(xué)研道路，創(chuàng)新教學(xué)理念和學(xué)生社團合作，以賽促學(xué)，最終實現(xiàn)課程思政教學(xué)目的。

Exploration on Ideological and Political Teaching Practice of Tea Culture Course under the Background of New Liberal Arts

Abstract： China is the hometown of tea and the birthplace of tea culture. Tea culture carries not only a very textured way of life， but also profound cultural connotation， which is a concrete manifestation of Chinese culture. Under the background of the new liberal arts， the research optimized the teaching of tea culture， cooperated with tea companies to take the road of production， education and research， innovated teaching concepts and cooperated with student associations， promoted learning through competition， and finally achieved the purpose of ideological and political teaching of the course.

2021年3月，教育部發(fā)布《教育部辦公廳關(guān)于推薦新文科研究與改革實踐項目的通知》，著力開始新文科研究與改革實踐工作，并頒布了《新文科研究與改革實踐項目指南》，為新文科建設(shè)發(fā)展指明了方向。（剩余5080字）
