Effects Different Foliar Fertilizers on Growth,Development and Fruit Quality ‘Pinot Noir’ Grape

Abstract:To explore theeffectsdifferentfoliarfertilizersonthegrowth,developmentand fruitquality‘Pinot Noir’grapes,5-year-old‘Pinot Noir’grapevines wereused as the experimental materials.6 types foliar fertilizers,including inorganic nutrition type(T1),aminoacid type(T2),hormone type(T3),water-soluble macronutrient type(T4),humic acid type(T5)andresistance induction type(T6)were sprayed,and clean water was sprayed as acontrol(CK).The changes leaf area,new shoot base thickness,leaf SPAD value and mineral element content at diffrentstages wereanalyzed,and therelevant indicatorsfruit qualitywere determinedat maturitystage.Theresults showed that theT5 treatment significantlyincreasedtheleaf area grapes.At15,30, 45,60 and 75d after flowering,the leaf areas were increased by 14.10% , 12.34% , 15.47% ,15.27% and 15.70% , respectively,compared with thatCK.All treatments increasedthenew shoot base thickness grape plants,with the T5 treatment showing the most significant efect.Compared with CK,each treatment increased the leaf SPAD values at diferent stages,butthere wasno significant diference between treatments.The mineral element content analysis showed thatT1 treatment significantly increasedthecontents macronutrients in leaves,among which K contentwasmost significantly increased.T6 treatment hadthe best efect on the promotion medium element content,whileT5 treatment hada good effectontheaccumulation traceelements,and the accumulation Cu was significantlyincreasedat6Oand75dafterflowering.Intermsfruitquality,T5treatmentsignificantlyincreased the anthocyanin,flavonoid,tannin and total phenolic content grape fruits by 16.88% , 38.38% , 24.74% and (204號(hào) 43.13% ,respectively,compared with CK.Finally,principal componentanalysis the fruit quality-related indicatorsat harvest showed thatT5 treatment hadthe highestscore.Inconclusion,all6 typesfoliar fertilizers promotedthe growthand fruit quality‘Pinot Noir’grape,withT5 treatment,ahumic acid typefoliar fertilizer, showing the best resultsand significantly enhancing fruit quality.Above results provided theoretical guidance for improving grape quality and yield.
