3</sub> 處理對波爾萊特葡萄及葡萄干品質(zhì)的影響,設(shè)置花期不進行GA<sub>3</sub> 處理(A)、花序盛開 75% 時進行 75mg?L<sup>-1</sup>GA<sub>3</sub> 處理(B)花序盛開 100% 時進行 75mg?L<sup>-1</sup>GA<sub>3</sub> 處理(C)、花后2d進行 75mg?L<sup>-1</sup>GA<sub>3</sub> 處理(D)和花后4d進行 75mg?L<sup>-1</sup>GA<sub>3</sub> (E),以上5種處理均在花后10d時用150mg?L<sup>-1</sup>GA<sub>3</sub> 進行處理,以花期和花后 10d 均不進行 GA<sub>3</sub> 處理為對照(CK),測定葡萄、葡萄干品質(zhì)及產(chǎn)量指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明, GA<sub>3</sub> 處理可顯著增大波爾萊特葡萄果穗、果粒質(zhì)量,提高鮮果硬度,但會顯著降低可溶性固形物含量;經(jīng) GA<sub>3</sub> 處理的波爾萊特葡萄所制葡萄干單粒質(zhì)量顯著增大,酚類物質(zhì)含量及抗氧化活性提高,但飽滿度降低、褐變度增大;花期 GA<sub>3</sub> 處理可顯著增大葡萄及葡萄干果形指數(shù),促進葡萄及葡萄干色澤變綠。D處理的葡萄干產(chǎn)量最高,為 12.56t?hm<sup>-2</sup> ,葡萄干單粒質(zhì)量最大,為 1.30g ,果形指數(shù)2.42,較飽滿。主成分分析結(jié)果直觀地反映了各處理葡萄及葡萄干品質(zhì)、產(chǎn)量分布狀況,建立綜合評價模型得出D處理綜合得分最高。波爾萊特葡萄采用花后2d施 GA<sub>3</sub>75mg?L<sup>-1</sup>+ 花后10d施 GA<sub>3</sub>150mg?L<sup>-1</sup> 處理效果最優(yōu)。以上研究結(jié)果為進一步優(yōu)化和規(guī)范波爾萊特葡萄 GA<sub>3</sub> 使用技術(shù)、提升葡萄及葡萄干品質(zhì)提供技術(shù)參考。-龍源期刊網(wǎng)" />

Abstract:Inorderto investigate the effect of exogenousgibberellicacid( GA3 )treatment on thequalityofPerlette grapes andraisins,5 treatments were set including no GAtreatment during bloom(A),inflorescence 75% blooming with 75 mg* L-1 GA3 treatment(B),inflorescence 100% blooming with 75 mg·L-1 GA 3 treatment(C),2 d post-bloom with 75 mg L-1GA3 treatment(D),and 4d post-bloom with 75 mg* L-1 GA 3 treatment(E).All the above treatmentswere treated with GA 150 mg* L-1 at 10 d post-bloom,and no spraying GA3 during bloom and post-bloom was as the control(CK), beries quality,raisin quality and yield were assessed.Theresults showed that berry mass,cluster mass and berry hardness of Perlette grape was significantly increase by GA3 treatment,but the total soluble solids content was significantly decreased.The single raisin masswas significantly increased by GA 3 treatment,phenoliccontentand antioxidant activity were enhanced,but plumpness was decreased,browning was decreased.The shape index of grapesand raisins were significantly increasedby GA3 treatment during bloom,and promoted the color of grapes and raisins turn to green.The yield of raisins and the single mass of raisins were the highest in treatment D,with 12.56t?hm-2 , 1.30g ,respectively, andthe raisin shape index was 2.42,relativelyplump.Theresultsof principal componentanalysis intuitivelyreflect the qualityand yield distributionof grapes andraisins in each treatment.A comprehensiveevaluationmodelwas established, and it was found that treatmentDhadthehighestcomprehensivescore.Thebestefect was treatmentof2d post-bloom with 75mg·L -1 GA3+10 d post-bloom with 150mg*L-1 GA3 .Above resultsprovided technical reference for further optimizing and standardizing the use of GA3 inPerlette grapes,and improved the quality of grapes and raisins.
