【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the diagnostic value 3.OT dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging（DCE-MRI） combined with molybdenum target X-ray in benignand malignant breast masses （diameter ?2 （20 cm）.MethodsSeventy-six patients with breast mass （diameter ≤2cm ）admitted toour hospital from November 2020 to December 2O23 were selected.Allpatients were given DCE-MRI and molybdenum target X-ray examination， andthe pathological examinationresultswere takenasthe "goldstandard"tocompare thediagnosticeficacy singlediagnosisand combined diagnosis.ResultsAmong the76 patients，18 cases weremalignant and 58 cases were benign. Compared with the benign group，the edge burr rate， type II time-signal intensity curve rate，internal strengthening uneven rate，and early strengthening rate ≥6O% in the malignant group were higher （ P <0.05）. In the molybdenum target X-ray examination， the accuracy was 83% ，the specificity was 83% ，and the sensitivity was 83% ： The diagnostic effcacy was moderate （Kappa=O.582）. In the DCE-MRI examination，the accuracy was 94.74% ，the specificity was 95% ，thesensitivity was 94%，and the diagnostic eficacy was very high （Kappa=0.859）. The accuracy，specificity，and sensitivity joint examination were 97% ， 98% ，and 94% .Diagnostic efficiency was very high（Kappa=0.927）.ConclusionDCE-MRI combined with molybdenum target X-ray examination ismore advantageousand effective than a single diagnosis in thedifferential diagnosis breast masses ?2 cm in diameter.
