Abstract：Objective：To investigate the effectoforal Chinese medicine combined with standardized enema in the treatmentof diabetickidneydisease.Methods：Atotalof86patientswithdiabetic kidneydiseaseadmitedtotheFirst People's Hospital ofLixian Countyfrom May 2020to May 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group，with 43 cases ineach group.Thecontrol group was treated with conventional Western medicine， and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with standardized enema.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results： The effective rate，blood glucose level and renal function of the experimental group were better than those of the control group， P<0.05 .Conclusion：Oral Chinese medicine combined withstandardizedenemahaveobviousclinicaleficacyinthetreatmentofdiabetickidneydisease，withhigh overalltreatmenteficiency，andsignificantimprovementefectonbloodsugarand kidneyfunction，whichis worthyof promotion.
