Abstract： Objective：To explore the effect of standardized serum immunoglobulinlevel detection in the clinical diagnosis and treatmentofhepatitis B patients.Methods： From April2023 toApril2024，102 samplesof hepatitis B patientswere selectedand sentto ，andwere divided intothecontrol group and the experimental group，with 51 samples in each group.The control group was tested by routine serum immunoglobulin level，and the experimental group was tested by standardized serum immunoglobulin level.The differences inrelevant indicators between the two groups were compared.Results： There were significant differences inserum immunoglobulin expresion between the two groups，and the diagnostic accuracy and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group，with statistical significance （P<0.05） .Conclusion：In the clinical diagnosis and treatmentof hepatitis B patients，standardized serum immunoglobulin level detectionmakes the results of patient-related indicators more accurate，the diagnosis accuracy and satisfactionof patients higher，and theapplicationvalue outstanding，which isworthyof promotion.
