Abstract：With theupgrading ofconsumptionand the diversificationof themarket，traditional methodsof product qualitysupervisionandrandom inspection have shown limitations in terms of efciencyandaccuracy.Intelligent and digitaltechnologies have become key approaches to enhancing regulatory effectivenessand ensuring product quality. This paper focuses on the inteligent digital applications in product quality supervision and random inspection. It elaborates onthe necesityandsignifcance ofapplying intelligent digital technologies，introduces theirspecificuses in sampling，testing，data management and other processes，and explores relevant optimization strategies.It aims to provide a reference for improving the eficiency and accuracy of product quality supervision and random inspection and promoting the modernization of quality regulation.
