AI技術(shù)在人員認(rèn)證中的應(yīng)用思考

Abstract：Currentlyartificialintelligence （AI） technologyiswidelyapplied invarious industries.This papermainly discusses thebackground，relatedapplicationscenarios，andtechnicaladvantagesofintroducingAtechnologyinthe fieldof personnel certification.Itbelieves thatthe applicationof AItechnologycan effectively improvecertification effciency，ensurefrness，mpartialityandectivityinmjorprocesssuchasexams，invigilationvauatioad handling ofcomplaints. At the same time，it also proposes that manual supervision should besetup for the application of AI to prevent data bias and moral hazard，which may damage the efectiveness ofcertificationresults.This paper believes that theapplicationofAItechnologyin the fieldofpersonnelcertification should be scientific，reasonable，and standardized， while improving supporting management systems to avoid corresponding risks.
