摘 要：基于海上風電工程建設的特點，參考現(xiàn)有的國家和行業(yè)質(zhì)量驗收相關標準規(guī)范，結合海上風電建設質(zhì)量驗收實施的現(xiàn)狀，對海上風電工程質(zhì)量驗收標準的完善和工程實踐進行討論并提出建議。

Discussion on Quality Acceptance Standard for Offshore Wind Power Projects

Abstract： Based on the construction characteristics of offshore wind power projects， referring to the existing national and industrial quality acceptance standards and specifi cations， the paper discusses how to improve the quality acceptance standards for offshore wind power projects and its practice， and gives suggestions combined with the status quo of the quality acceptance of offshore wind power projects.

1 引 言

在國家能源安全和全球氣候變化面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)的背景下，我國大力發(fā)展可再生能源，并相繼出臺了《中華人民共和國可再生能源法》《促進風電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展實施意見》《關于可再生能源發(fā)展“十三五”規(guī)劃實施的指導意見》等一系列法規(guī)政策。（剩余4072字）
