摘 要：本文在研究國家電網(wǎng)有限公司現(xiàn)有物資采購標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理的基礎(chǔ)上，介紹了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)物資采購標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模板管理和固化技術(shù)規(guī)范書管理兩種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用管理方法，并從固化技術(shù)規(guī)范書動態(tài)管理和技術(shù)規(guī)范書分級分類兩方面提出提升采購質(zhì)效做法，為進(jìn)一步提升物資管理水平，推動電網(wǎng)安全與高質(zhì)量發(fā)展夯實基礎(chǔ)。

Research on Innovative Management of Using Material Procurement Standards in Power Grid Enterprises

Abstract： Based on the study about the management of existing material procurement standards in State Grid Corporation of China， the paper introduces the innovative application of two standards on template management of material procurement， and the management of solidifi ed technical specifi cation respectively in power grid enterprises. It puts forward the methods of improving the quality and efficiency of procurement from the aspects of the dynamic management of solidifi ed technical specifi cations and the classifi cation and grading of technical specifi cations， laying a solid foundation for further improving the level of material management and promoting the safety and high-quality development of power grids.
