中國(guó)汽車分類法規(guī)研究

摘 要：為了研究我國(guó)汽車分類法規(guī)，對(duì)美國(guó)、日本和歐洲的汽車分類進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹。本文從汽車準(zhǔn)入及通用管理（注冊(cè)上牌、稅費(fèi)、報(bào)廢等）方面著重介紹了中國(guó)汽車分類法規(guī)體系，并對(duì)比分析了與國(guó)外法規(guī)的差異，同時(shí)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)各分類法規(guī)之間進(jìn)行了分析比對(duì)。

Research on Automobile Classifi cation Regulations in China

Abstract： In order to study the automobile classifi cation regulations of China， the automobile classifi cation methods of the United States， Japan and Europe are introduced. The paper introduces the automobile classifi cation regulation system in China from the aspects of type approval and general management （registration， tax， end-of-life vehicles， etc.）， compares and analyzes the differences with foreign regulations， and also compares the domestic classifi cation regulations.

1 引 言

我國(guó)的汽車分類法規(guī)可以追溯到20世紀(jì)50年代發(fā)布的《汽車管理暫行辦法》和《汽車管理暫行辦法實(shí)施細(xì)則》，隨著汽車從單一產(chǎn)品發(fā)展到多樣化和跨類型的產(chǎn)品，分類法規(guī)也隨之修訂，逐漸發(fā)展成和國(guó)際接軌的中國(guó)特色分類方法。（剩余4252字）
