關(guān)于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化助力機(jī)關(guān)事業(yè)單位基建檔案管理的思考

摘 要：基建檔案管理作為基建管理的重要環(huán)節(jié)，是基建工程的有機(jī)組成部分，直接反映基建工程質(zhì)量的好壞，決定整個(gè)基建工程能否順利完成。本文對(duì)機(jī)關(guān)事業(yè)單位基建檔案管理存在的主要問題進(jìn)行探討及原因剖析，并提出了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化助力機(jī)關(guān)事業(yè)單位基建檔案管理的相關(guān)措施，旨在推動(dòng)基建檔案管理的規(guī)范化，提升基建檔案管理質(zhì)量。

Thoughts on Standardization Improving the Infrastructure Archives Management of Government Institutions

Abstract： As an important part of infrastructure management， infrastructure archives management is a key factor to promote the sound development of infrastructure projects and determine whether the entire infrastructure projects can be completed smoothly. This paper discusses the main problems in the management of infrastructure archives in government institutions and analyzes the reasons， then puts forward relevant measures to improve the management of archives in government institutions through standardization， aiming to promote the standardization of infrastructure archives management and improve the quality of infrastructure archives management.

基建檔案指在基建工程施工從開始到驗(yàn)收項(xiàng)目建設(shè)全過程中形成的文字、圖表、音像、實(shí)物等形式的文件資料[1]，遵循一定的管理原則、管理要求，由建設(shè)單位工程管理相關(guān)部門及參建單位將辦理完畢且具有保存價(jià)值的項(xiàng)目文件資料經(jīng)鑒定、整理并歸檔，移交給建設(shè)單位檔案管理機(jī)構(gòu)的過程。（剩余3556字）
