新疆公共機構(gòu)節(jié)能降碳路徑探索

摘要：公共機構(gòu)開展節(jié)能工作，不僅是加強自身建設(shè)、降低運行成本、樹立良好社會形象的必然要求，更是深入貫徹落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、加快建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型社會的重要舉措。為實現(xiàn)節(jié)能降碳新目標(biāo)，分析節(jié)能降碳的緊迫性及公共機構(gòu)在節(jié)能降碳工作中的作用，并提出實現(xiàn)節(jié)能降碳的路徑。

Exploration of Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction Paths for Public Institutions in Xinjiang

Abstract： Carrying out energy-saving work in public institutions is not only a necessary requirement for strengthening their own construction， reducing operating costs， and establishing a good social image， but also an important measure to deeply implement the scientific outlook on development and accelerate the construction of a resource-saving society. To achieve the new goal of energy conservation and carbon reduction， analyze the urgency of energy conservation and carbon reduction， the role of public institutions in energy conservation and carbon reduction work， and propose a path to achieve energy conservation and carbon reduction.
