從鉑二次資源中回收鉑的工藝研究

摘要:以鉑二次資源為研究對(duì)象,提出預(yù)處理-酸性氯化浸出-氯化銨沉淀-還原溶解-氧化沉淀-煅燒回收鉑的工藝,實(shí)現(xiàn)鉑的高效回收利用。通過(guò)單因素條件試驗(yàn),優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù),最優(yōu)條件下所得海綿鉑產(chǎn)品符合國(guó)家質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),鉑直收率達(dá)97.19%,綜合回收率達(dá)99%。

Process Research on Platinum Recovery from Secondary Resources

Abstract: Taking secondary resources of platinum as the research object, a recovery process for platinum of pre-treatment, acidic chloridizing leaching, ammonium chloride precipitation, reduction dissolution, oxidation precipitation and calcination was proposed, which achieved efficient recovery and utilization of platinum. Through single factor conditional experiments, the process parameters were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the sponge platinum product obtained met the national quality standards, with a direct recovery rate of platinum for 97.19% and a comprehensive recovery rate of platinum for 99%.
