新時代黃河生態(tài)空間治理的經(jīng)驗與成效

摘要：推動構(gòu)建黃河流域生態(tài)空間現(xiàn)代化治理體系，是實現(xiàn)黃河流域高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的必然選擇，也是實現(xiàn)人與自然和諧共生的內(nèi)在要求。新時代，圍繞黃河流域生態(tài)空間與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展空間有機協(xié)調(diào)，我國初步構(gòu)筑起現(xiàn)代治理體系，有效解決了生態(tài)資源剛性約束強、產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級難度大等問題。

Experience and Effectiveness of Ecological Space Governance of the Yellow River in the New Era

Abstract： Promoting the construction of a modern governance system for the ecological space of the Yellow River Basin is an inevitable choice for achieving high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin， and also an inherent requirement for achieving harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. In the new era， focusing on the organic coordination of ecological space and economic development space in the Yellow River Basin， China has initially established a modern governance system， effectively solving problems such as strong rigid constraints on ecological resources and high difficulty in industrial optimization and upgrading.
