摘要：廚余垃圾處理是生活垃圾分類處理的重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文結(jié)合湖南省廚余垃圾處理現(xiàn)狀，計(jì)算其廚余垃圾資源量，分析地級市（州）及典型縣（縣級市）的廚余垃圾處理模式，以期為湖南省城市廚余垃圾處理項(xiàng)目建設(shè)提供參考。

Analysis on urban kitchen waste treatment mode in Hunan Province

Abstract： Kitchen waste treatment is an important link in the classification and treatment of domestic waste. Combined with the current situation of kitchen waste treatment in Hunan Province， this paper calculates its kitchen waste resources， analyzes the kitchen waste treatment mode of prefecture level cities （prefectures） and typical counties （county-level cities）， with a view to providing reference for the construction of urban kitchen waste treatment projects in Hunan Province.
