溈水流域不同暴雨洪水組合的防洪調(diào)度研究

摘要：為提高溈水流域洪澇災(zāi)害的綜合防范能力，本文結(jié)合溈水的基本情況，分析洪水計(jì)算方法，提出不同暴雨洪水組合的調(diào)度建議。要充分發(fā)揮上游大中型水庫的攔洪削峰作用，積極啟用淹沒區(qū)域分蓄洪水，合理防御洪水，盡最大可能減輕災(zāi)害損失。

Study on Flood Control Operation of Different Rainstorm Flood Combinations in Weishui River Basin

Abstract： In order to improve the comprehensive prevention ability of flood and waterlogging disasters in Weishui River Basin， this paper analyzes the flood calculation method based on the basic situation of Weishui River， and puts forward dispatching suggestions for different rainstorm flood combinations. It is necessary to fully utilize the flood blocking and peak shaving functions of upstream large and medium-sized reservoirs， actively utilize flooded areas for flood storage， reasonably prevent floods， and minimize disaster losses as much as possible.

溈水發(fā)源于寧鄉(xiāng)市西部的溈山，河流全長為133.8 km，流域面積為2 673.4 km2，自西向東流入長沙市望城區(qū)，止于望城區(qū)高塘嶺街道，平均坡降為1.22‰[1]。（剩余4065字）
