Abstract：This research focusesonthe turbid circulating water treatmentsystemof the2O5O roling millof Hesteel Group Tangsteel Company.Itdeeplyanalyzes thecurrent situationof its treatment process and facilities.Inresponse to the problems existing inkeylinks of the sewage treatment system，suchas pipeline network layout，water quality monitoring，and sludge treatment，a systematic solution is proposed.Byoptimizing the pipeline network structure of the sewage treatment system，increasing the compliance rate ofclean waterquality，and reducing the system operation cost， it provides strong supportfortheeffcientand stableoperationoftherolling millturbid circulating water system.

河鋼唐鋼熱軋部2050軋線水系統(tǒng)供應和處理由動力部給水作業(yè)區(qū)負責，軋機濁環(huán)水處理工藝為：軋機高低壓水經過沖渣溝進入旋流沉淀池，沉淀后經提升泵進入承壓一體化凈水裝置處理，污泥排出后經過濃縮處理進人燒結機，承壓一體化凈水裝置出水再經過雙旋流過濾器過濾后利用余壓進入冷卻塔冷卻回到供水水池。（剩余4535字）
