Abstract:This article focuses on the surface quality issues of mediumand thick plate furnace coil products,and conductsbasic research on the formation mechanism of surfaceoxide scaleandsurface defects inthelaboratory.The study investigates the influence of diferent oxidizing atmospheres,oxidation temperatures,and oxidation timeson the surface morphology and cross-sectional morphology of oxide scale,as a basis for subsequent processadjustments.
