Abstract:ThisarticleintroducesaCSCRdesulfurizationanddenitrificationmaterialcirculationsystemthatisprovided through a multi-loop system transformation, which can extend the storage time of activated carbon without increasing the capacityof theactivated carbon storage tank.Itcan improve the eficiency of activated carbon circulation tank capacity by 28% ,thereby increasing the maintenance time by 64.2% . This provides a strong guarantee for completing maintenance work.Incaseof emergencies,whenitisnecessarytoinjectactivatedcarbonfromtheabsorptiontower or the desorption tower into the activated carbon circulation tank,the modified discharge slope pipe can make the faulthandling more composed.Itachieves on-line maintenance constructionand enhances theflexibilityof theentire activated carbon circulation system.

參照?qǐng)D1、圖2,CSCR脫硫脫硝活性炭物料運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)內(nèi)設(shè)置有新活性炭倉(cāng)與活性炭循環(huán)倉(cāng)兩個(gè)緩沖倉(cāng),主要用于系統(tǒng)內(nèi)活性炭的存儲(chǔ);新活性炭倉(cāng)用于新添加的活性炭,體積為 90m3 ,活性炭循環(huán)倉(cāng)用于吸附塔、解析塔故障或臨時(shí)停車(chē)檢修時(shí)活性炭的緩沖倉(cāng),體積為 320m3 。(剩余1973字)
