Abstract:With thecontinuous improvementof industrial automation,laser cuting technologyhas gained widespread application inthedeepprocessingofsteelduetoitsighprecision,highspeed,andexcellentflexibility.Tspaper explores the application oflasercuting technology inthe contour machining of tool plates in the construction machinery industry,analyzing how toachieve higher precision through the proper setting of lasercuting parametersand he adoptionof advanced control technologies.Byunderstandingthe characteristicsof tool plate materials and analyzing potential issues encountered during laser cutting,a series of optimization measures are proposed, aiming to provide valuable reference for professionals in the field.
