Research on the Subpackage ProcessPlanning and Application ofEngine Assembly Line

Abstract:With the increasing prevalence of small batchand multi varietyproductionmodes in theautomotive manufacturing industry,engine companies have developed a large number of modular subpackage scenarios to adress thedifferences inthenumber of workstations,personnel configuration,and process layout betweendiferent engines underthismode,andfurtherenhancetheeficiency,flexibilityandscalabilityofproductionlines.Thispapertakesan engineassemblyproduction lineasanexampleto compare theconceptsand characteristics of2modes,namely,online subpackage and centralized subpackage.The design parameters of the2 subpackage modesareexplained,anda mathematical model of process quota is proposed.MATLAB is utilized to simulate the relationship between process quota and output in thecentralizedsubpackage mode,andthe critical conditions for lean management of the 2 subpackage modesare obtained to improve leancontrol capabilities and provide reference for subpackage planing of related production lines.

發(fā)動機作為汽車制造過程中勞動密集型的環(huán)節(jié),裝配工藝復(fù)雜、制造過程各類生產(chǎn)要素眾多、生產(chǎn)周期長、各產(chǎn)品間差異大,導(dǎo)致不同產(chǎn)品的制造周期不相等、操作人員配置和工藝布局差異明顯,而且受供應(yīng)鏈策略影響,眾多零件分體供貨,更增加了工藝規(guī)劃難度,因此,越來越多的企業(yè)關(guān)注模塊化分裝場景的應(yīng)用和優(yōu)化[-4]。(剩余5072字)
