鋁合金腐蝕試驗(yàn)研究

摘要: 為解決鋼鋁混合車身的電化學(xué)腐蝕問題,尤其是電偶腐蝕,對(duì)鋁合金腐蝕試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行研究,探究不同鋼鋁連接材料及連接方式、不同成型工藝對(duì)鋁合金腐蝕的影響。結(jié)果表明:螺接樣品受電偶腐蝕和縫隙腐蝕的雙重影響,腐蝕等級(jí)高于SPR鉚接;鑄造鋁合金因成分偏析問題,防腐性能明顯低于擠壓型材。

Research on Aluminum Alloy Corrosion Test

Abstract: To address the issue of electrochemical corrosion of steel-aluminum hybrid vehicle body, especially galvanic corrosion, corrosion test of aluminum alloy is studied to explore the influence of different steel-aluminum joining material and method, different forming process on aluminum alloy corrosion. The results show that the corrosion grade of the bolted samples is higher than that of SPR riveting due to the double effects of galvanic corrosion and crevice corrosion, whereas corrosion resistance of cast aluminum alloy is obviously lower than that of extruded profile due to segregation of components.
