摘要：文章針對(duì)新型電力系統(tǒng)研究開(kāi)發(fā)了一套快速反應(yīng)應(yīng)急通信裝備，確保在發(fā)生故障或?yàn)?zāi)難的時(shí)候可以快速恢復(fù)業(yè)務(wù)，并為搶險(xiǎn)救災(zāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)提供單兵通信與應(yīng)急指揮功能。

Abstract： The article researches and develops a set of rapid-response emergency communication equipment for new power systems to ensure that operations can be quickly restored in the event of a failure or disaster， and to provide one-man communication and emergency command functions for rescue and disaster relief sites.
