摘要：文章通過對DIP付費(fèi)模式的研究，分析ICD編碼質(zhì)量對于醫(yī)療費(fèi)用結(jié)算成本的影響，基于降低醫(yī)療費(fèi)用結(jié)算成本、推動醫(yī)保支付制度改革的目的，闡述加強(qiáng)ICD編碼質(zhì)量控制的重要性和有效措施，僅供參考和借鑒。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the impact of ICD coding quality on the settlement cost of medical expenses. Based on the purpose of reducing the settlement cost of medical expenses and promoting the reform of the medical insurance payment system， it expounds the importance and effective measures of strengthening the quality control of ICD coding， for reference only.
