我國數(shù)據(jù)主權(quán)的立法保護(hù)對策分析

摘要：我國數(shù)據(jù)主權(quán)因社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，已突破國內(nèi)法的管轄范圍，如何對現(xiàn)有我國數(shù)據(jù)主權(quán)進(jìn)行保護(hù)成為影響我國國家安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要難題，文章從法律制度層面探討我國立法的不足，并提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。

Analysis on the Legislative Protection Countermeasures of China's Data Sovereignty

Abstract： Due to the rapid development of social economy and technology， China's data sovereignty has broken through the jurisdiction of domestic laws. How to protect the existing data sovereignty in China has become an important problem affecting China's national security and economic development. This paper discusses the shortcomings of China's legislation from the legal system level and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
