高校音樂劇教育與社區(qū)文化事業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展策略研究

摘 要： 發(fā)展社區(qū)文化事業(yè)是為了滿足社區(qū)群眾日益增長的文化消費需求。然而當前社區(qū)文化事業(yè)面臨服務主體模糊、供給主體單一和內驅動缺失等問題。高校音樂劇教育賦能社區(qū)文化事業(yè)有其必要性和內在性，因而在高校音樂劇教育和社區(qū)文化事業(yè)發(fā)展內在需求分析的基礎上，提出協(xié)同發(fā)展策略和保障機制。

Research on the Strategy for the Collaborative Development of Higher Education Musical Theater and Community Cultural Undertakings

Abstract：  The development of community cultural undertakings is to meet the growing cultural consumption needs of community citizens. However， there are some difficulties in the current community cultural undertakings， such as fuzzy service subject， single supply subject and lack of driving force. It is necessary and intrinsic to empower efficient musical education and local cultural undertakings. Therefore， based on the analysis of the internal needs of the development of efficient musical education and community cultural undertakings， the paper puts forward the strategy and guarantee mechanism for coordinated development.
