【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic eficacy of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), single photon emisson computed tomography (SPECT)and low-dose CT fusion imaging in bone metastases of lung cancer.
MethodsA totalof1O8 patients with suspected bone metastases of lung cancer who were treated inthe First Affiliated Hospitalof Henan University from February 2O22 to February 2024 were selected.MRIand SPECT/CT were performed on all patients to compare the diagnostic efficacyof bone metastases of lung cancer,andthe sites of bone metastases and types of bone destruction of differentpathological types oflung cancer were analyzed.Results Pathological resultsshowed that 86 of 1O8 suspected lung cancer patients with bone metastasis were positive, accounting for 79.6% ,and 22 were negative,accounting for 20.4% . The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of SPECT/ low-dose CT for bone metastasis of lung cancer (91.86 % , 90.91% , 91.67% )werehigher than thoseofMRI 0 86.05% , 81.82% , 85.19% ),butthedifferencewasnot statisticallysignificant( P>0.05 ). The proportion of bone destruction,cortical bonedestruction,and changes inbone marrow density inpatients withbone metastasis is higher than that in patients without metastasis,and the difference is statistically significant( P <0.05).There was no significant differencebetween the bone metastasis sitesand bone metastasis types in diferentpathological typesof lung cancer patients (P>0.O5).ConclusionBoth SPECT/low-dose CT fusion imaging and MRI can detect bone metastases of lung cancer,but SPECT/low-dose CTfusion imaging has better diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.
