【Abstract】With the rapid development of nuclear medicine,radiotherapy has provided diagnostic and treatment approachesforvariousmalignant diseases.Approximately 70% ofcancerpatientsrequire radiotherapy.It isnoteworthythatif the tumor recurs afterradiotherapyor to evaluate theeffectivenessofradiotherapy,surgical specimens after radiotherapy need to be removed and sent to the pathology department for examination.Pathological specimens with radioactivitycan posea risk tothe health of pathology department staff.To better ensure a safe workingenvironmentinthepathology department,thisarticlediscussestherational disposal ofradioactive pathological specimens based on the management experience of the pathology department at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University.

放射性核素治療是指通過放射性核素衰變產(chǎn)生的射線,作用于病灶部位,使其發(fā)生變性壞死,甲狀腺癌是比較常見的一種內(nèi)分泌腫瘤,針對某些甲狀腺腫瘤患者,可利用甲狀腺癌細(xì)胞攝取碘 131I 的特性,使癌變組織發(fā)生壞死,由于放射性治療具有操作簡便、無創(chuàng)性的特性,具有較好的效果,故被廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床。(剩余5064字)
