【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the significance and value of creatine kinase (CK),total bilirubin (TBIL)and α -hydroxybutyratedehydrogenase ( α -HBD) in neonatal hemolytic disease (HDN) screening.Methods A total of 80 HDN neonates from January 2021 to December 2O23 were selected as the study group,and 80 nonHDN neonates were selected as the control group.The TBIL,direct bilirubin (DBIL),indirect bilirubin (IBIL)and myocardial enzyme profiles ofaspartate amino converting enzyme (AST), CK, phosphocreatine kinase isoenzyme (CK -MB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), α -hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase ( α -HBD)were detected in each group. The correlation between each index and HDN was analyzed.ResultsIn the control group,TBIL[(92.2±2.2)umol/L and (209.9±12.3)μmol/L,t=-84.599, P <0.001],DBIL[(11.2±2.9)μmol/L and (15.2±3.3)μmol/L, t= -8.068, P <0.001] and IBIL[(80.5±13.0)μmol/L and (180.3±23.2)μmol/L, t= -33.589, P <0.001] were lower than those of the study group, and the diferences were statistically significant. Control group AST[(30.3±7.3)U/L and (45.3±9.2)U/L, t=-11.448 , P <0.001],CK-MB[(35.1±8.5)U/Land (48.3±4.6)U/L,t=-12.257,P<0.001],LDH[(265.0±24.2)U/Land (405.6 ± 19.9)
U/L, t=-40.199, P<0.001. ! CK[(73.6±12.1)U/L and (384.6±29.5)U/L, t=-87.307 , P <0.001] and α -HBD [220.64± 48.19 U/L and 384.56±35.57 U/L, t=? -24.478, P<0.001 lin the control group were lower than those of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant. AST,LDH and TBIL were not correlated ( P> 0.05). CK-b MB( r =-0.851 ,P<0.001)and CK( r=-0.792 , P<0.001 )were negatively correlated with TBIL. α - HBD was positively correlatedwith TBIL r=0.461 P=0.002 ).ConclusionThere are CK,TBIL and α -HBDchangesin childrenwith HDN,suggesting that thechildren may have cardiac and nervous system function impairment,but there is no obvious linear correlation with HDN.
