年10月一2024年8月制備的冷沉淀和新鮮冰凍血漿各48袋。將冷沉淀完全解凍后分別儲(chǔ)存于 <img src="/qkimages/zgwg/zgwg202506/zgwg20250619-2-l.jpg" with="277px" style="vertical-align: middle;"> 條件下,比較不同條件下冷沉淀中纖維蛋白原(Fbg)、凝血因子V(FV)、凝血因子 ΔV(FV) 、凝血因子Ⅱ(FⅡ)含量的變化。將新鮮冰凍血漿完全解凍后分別儲(chǔ)存于4<sup>°</sup>C24h.4<sup>°</sup>C120h 條件下,比較總蛋白(TP)、Fbg、FVII、FV、FI含量的變化。結(jié)果 冷沉淀解凍后分別儲(chǔ)存于4種條件下,與初始FV含量相比,4種條件下FV含量均下降, ,4<sup>°</sup>C6h.4<sup>°</sup>C24h.24<sup>°</sup>C24h 條件下FV含量與原始檢測(cè)結(jié)果比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義 (P<0.05) 。新鮮冰凍血漿解凍后儲(chǔ)存于 4<sup>°</sup>C24h.4<sup>°</sup>C120h 條件下,TP和Fbg含量與解凍后<sup>0h</sup> 相比差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義( ?P>0.05 ),FVI、FV、FⅡ含量均下降且差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義( ?P<0. 05 。結(jié)論《血液儲(chǔ)存標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》WS399—2023)修改后,冷沉淀有更好的臨床療效,新鮮冰凍血漿能在減少浪費(fèi)的同時(shí)更好地用于臨床治療。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

Abstract Objective To investigate thechanges in cryoprecipitate and fresh frozen plasma (FFP)after thawing due to modifiedstorageconditionsandtovalidatetherationalityof therevisions madetotheBloodStorageStandard.MethodsAtotalof 48 bags each ofcryoprecipitate andFFPpreparedfromOctober 2023 to August 2024at theNanjingRed Cross Blood Center wererandomlyselectedAftercomplete thawing,cryoprecipitate wasstoredunderfourconditions:4Cfor6hours,4Cfor24hours,24C for 6 hours,and 24°C for 24 hours. The changes in fibrinogen( Fbg? ,coagulation factor VIII (FVIl),coagulation factor V(FV), andcoagulationfactorII(FII)contentincryoprecipitateunderdiffrentconditionswerecompared.Aftercompletethawing,F(xiàn)FP was stored at 4°C for 24 hours and 4°C for l20 hours. The changes in total protein (TP),F(xiàn)bg,F(xiàn)VIl,,F(xiàn)V,and FII content were compared.ResultsAfter thawing,cryoprecipitate was stored under the four conditions. Compared with the initial F M content, the F M content decreased under all four conditions. The differences in F M content between the conditions of 4°C for 6 hours, 4°C for 24 hours,and 24° C for 24 hours and the original test results were statistically significant ( P<0.05 ). After thawing, FFP was stored at 4°C for 24 hours and 4°C for l20 hours.There were no statistically significant differences in TP and Fbg content compared with O hours after thawing ( P>0.05 ). The content of FVIll,F(xiàn)V,and FII decreased,and the differences were statistically significant ( P (20 <0.05 ).ConclusionAfter the revision of the Blood Storage Standard( :WS399-2023∣ ,cryoprecipitate demonstrates better clinical efficacy,and FFP can be better utilized in clinical treatment while reducing waste.
