李天望教授治療心因性呃逆臨證經(jīng)驗(yàn)

【摘 要】 心因性呃逆為消化內(nèi)科常見的疾病。湖北省名中醫(yī)李天望教授認(rèn)為治療呃逆當(dāng)從整體觀念和臟腑辨證入手，結(jié)合脾胃地處中焦，溝通上下內(nèi)外，為氣機(jī)升降出入之所，治療以理氣、益氣、降氣為核心，用藥順應(yīng)臟腑之性、善用歸經(jīng)藥、多用溫、平，注意追問病史及患者的性格特點(diǎn)，便可收獲療效。

Abstract：

Cardiogenic hiccup is a common disease in gastroenterology.Professor Li Tianwang believed that the treatment of hiccup should start from the overall concept and syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs，combined with the fact that the spleen and stomach are located in the middle，connecting the upper，lower，inner and outer，and being the place for the movement of Qi，the treatment should focus on regulating Qi，enriching Qi and reducing Qi，and the medication should conform to the nature of zang-fu organs. Also，Professor Li makes good use of meridian medicine， warm-natured and mild-natured medicine.He believed that asking the medical history and the personality characteristics of patients at the same time could obtain the curative effect.

呃逆是消化系統(tǒng)常見的病種之一，一般具有自限性[1]，當(dāng)呃逆持續(xù)時(shí)長(zhǎng)大于48 h，經(jīng)系統(tǒng)排查無器質(zhì)性疾患，且與精神心理因素密切相關(guān)者，被稱為心因性呃逆[2]。（剩余4431字）
