中醫(yī)外治法治療膝關(guān)節(jié)滑膜炎研究進展

【摘 要】 文章總結(jié)近10年中醫(yī)外治法治療膝關(guān)節(jié)滑膜炎的文獻，綜合分析中藥熏洗、中藥外敷、針灸療法、小針刀療法、中藥塌漬等中醫(yī)外治法治療膝關(guān)節(jié)滑膜炎的臨床研究進展。發(fā)現(xiàn)中醫(yī)外治法治療膝關(guān)節(jié)滑膜炎療效顯著，且不良反應(yīng)少，遠期療效優(yōu)于西藥，值得進一步探究并在臨床上推廣。

Research Progress on Treatment of Knee Synovitis with External Therapy of TCM

Abstract：

This paper summarizes the literature of TCM External Treatment for knee synovitis in recent 10 years， and comprehensively analyzes the clinical research of TCM External Treatment for knee synovitis， such as TCM fumigation and washing， TCM external application， acupuncture therapy， small needle knife therapy， TCM collapse stains and so on. It is found that the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has significant effect on knee synovitis with less adverse reactions， and the long-term effect is better than that of Western medicine， which is worthy of further exploration and clinical promotion.

膝關(guān)節(jié)滑膜炎是以膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹、疼痛、酸困無力、活動受限等特征性改變?yōu)橹饕R床表現(xiàn)的疾病，基本病理過程是膝關(guān)節(jié)受到急性損傷或慢性勞損后，滑膜內(nèi)毛細血管通透性增加，滑液過度分泌，引起膝關(guān)節(jié)腔內(nèi)積血或積液的一種無菌性炎癥反應(yīng)[1]，是骨科常見病，多發(fā)病，若未能得到及時有效治療可引起滑膜肥厚、軟骨萎縮等嚴重的后遺癥[2]。（剩余8473字）
