從“五臟一體觀”論治小兒遺尿

【摘 要】 腎虛不固是小兒遺尿發(fā)生的根本，肺脾兩虛是本病的重要因素，心肝調(diào)節(jié)情志失職與遺尿發(fā)生關(guān)系密切。在治療上應(yīng)五臟兼顧，除補(bǔ)腎固精外，尚需補(bǔ)益脾肺、調(diào)暢心肝，同時(shí)重視二便兼調(diào)，恢復(fù)膀胱功能。文章結(jié)合案例淺談“五臟一體觀”診治小兒遺尿的體會(huì)。

Treatment of Enuresis in Children from the Perspective of Holism of five Organs

Abstract：

Kidney deficiency is the basic factor of enuresis， deficiency of both lung and spleen is an important factor， and the dereliction of heart and liver regulation is closely related to the occurrence of enuresis. In the treatment， the five organs should be taken into account，in addition to invigorating the kidney and strengthening the essence， it is necessary to invigorate the spleen and lung， regulate the heart and liver，pay attention to the defecation and urination should be adjusted simultaneously at the same time， and the bladder function should be restored.Combining with the case， this paper discusses the experience of diagnosis and treatment of enuresis in children with the concept of holism of five organs.
