《松峰說疫》中針刮法治療雜疫特色探析

【摘 要】 清代嘉慶名醫(yī)劉奎《松峰說疫》一書中共載雜疫72種，其中46種雜疫治療涉及針刮法。劉氏針刮法選穴精煉，針法常用放血要穴，刮法多取背部穴位，隨癥選穴與有序選穴并重;針刮治療，靈活變通;分經(jīng)論治，針?biāo)幉⑿?注重禁忌，病后瘥復(fù)。

Analysis on the Characteristics of Needle-scraping Method in Treating Miscellaneous Diseases in “Song Feng Shuo Yi”

Abstract：

There are 72 kinds of miscellaneous diseases in Song Feng Shuo Yi written by Liu Kui， a famous doctor of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty. Among them， 46 kinds of miscellaneous diseases are treated by needle scraping. Liu's needling and scraping method is refined in selecting points. The needling method is often used to bloodletting points， and scraping method is mostly used to select points on the back; Needle curettage is flexible; Acupuncture and medicine should be used simultaneously; Pay attention to taboo and recover after illness.
