【摘 要】目的 探究循證護(hù)理管理模式在消毒供應(yīng)室中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選擇2020年1月-2022年1月我院消毒供應(yīng)室工作人員50名，依據(jù)不同護(hù)理管理干預(yù)方式分為觀察組和對照組，各25名。觀察組給予循證護(hù)理管理模式干預(yù)，對照組給予常規(guī)護(hù)理管理模式干預(yù)。比較兩組管理質(zhì)量、管理滿意度、清洗滅菌合格率。結(jié)果 觀察組清洗與消毒、包裝、醫(yī)療器械、環(huán)境管理評分均高于對照組（P

Application Analysis of Evidence-based Nursing Management Mode in Sterile Supply Room

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing management mode in sterile supply room. Methods A total of 50 staff in the sterile supply room of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing management intervention methods， with 25 staff in each group. The observation group was given evidencebased nursing management mode intervention， the control group was given routine nursing management mode intervention. The management quality， management satisfaction and qualified rate of cleaning and sterilization were compared between the two groups.
