雷火灸聯(lián)合燒傷濕潤膏在老年臥床患者Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期壓瘡中的應(yīng)用效果

【摘 要】目的 探討老年臥床Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期壓瘡患者應(yīng)用雷火灸聯(lián)合燒傷濕潤膏的效果。方法 選取2021年3月-2022年3我院收治的老年臥床Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期壓瘡患者82例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組41例。對(duì)照組予以燒傷濕潤膏干預(yù)，觀察組予以雷火灸聯(lián)合燒傷濕潤膏干預(yù)，比較兩組壓瘡干預(yù)效果和恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果 觀察組壓瘡干預(yù)總有效率為97.56%，高于對(duì)照組的78.05%（P

The Application Effect of Thunder-fire Moxibustion Combined with Burn Moisturizer in Stage Ⅱ and Stage Ⅲ Pressure Sores in Elderly Bedridden Patients

Methods A total of 82 elderly bedridden patients with stagesⅡ and Ⅲ pressure ulcers admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 41 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with burn moist ointment， and the observation group was intervened with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with burn moist ointment. The intervention effect and recovery of pressure sores were compared between the two groups.
