高校圖書館閱讀推廣服務(wù)需求屬性及提升策略研究

摘 要 論文采用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法從資源、人員、服務(wù)、空間四個(gè)維度構(gòu)建了包含27項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的高校圖書館閱讀推廣服務(wù)需求指標(biāo)體系?;贙ANO模型,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法對(duì)27項(xiàng)需求指標(biāo)進(jìn)行屬性歸類和優(yōu)先序分析,從彰顯閱讀推廣服務(wù)影響力、采取針對(duì)性服務(wù)策略、優(yōu)先滿足關(guān)鍵需求三個(gè)方面提出高校圖書館閱讀推廣服務(wù)提升的策略。

Abstract Adopted literature survey, this paper establishments a demand index system of reading promotion service in university libraries, which contains 27 demand indexes, from four dimensions of resource, personnel, service and space. Based on KANO model, it classifies the 27 demand indexes by attributes and analyzes the priority order by means of questionnaire survey, to propose the strategies for improving reading promotion service in university libraries: highlighting the influence of reading promotion service, adopting targeted service strategies, and giving priority to meeting key needs.
