高校圖書館閱讀推廣服務需求屬性及提升策略研究

摘 要 論文采用文獻調查法從資源、人員、服務、空間四個維度構建了包含27項指標的高校圖書館閱讀推廣服務需求指標體系?;贙ANO模型,采用問卷調查法對27項需求指標進行屬性歸類和優(yōu)先序分析,從彰顯閱讀推廣服務影響力、采取針對性服務策略、優(yōu)先滿足關鍵需求三個方面提出高校圖書館閱讀推廣服務提升的策略。

Abstract Adopted literature survey, this paper establishments a demand index system of reading promotion service in university libraries, which contains 27 demand indexes, from four dimensions of resource, personnel, service and space. Based on KANO model, it classifies the 27 demand indexes by attributes and analyzes the priority order by means of questionnaire survey, to propose the strategies for improving reading promotion service in university libraries: highlighting the influence of reading promotion service, adopting targeted service strategies, and giving priority to meeting key needs.
