Research on Intelligent Electricity Charge Model Based on China Mobile's NCMS

Abstract： The NCMS of China Mobile is a comprehensive management system used by the operator to manage electricity charge，rentchargeandtowerservice fees innetworkoperations.Ifthereimbursementandpaymentofelectricitycharges for thecurrentmontharenotcompletedintheNCMSintime，itwilldirectlyleadtoanincreaseinthefancialcostsofChina Tower，anincreaseincashfowpressure，andanincreaseinbaddebtrisk.Teinteligentelectricitycharge modelanalyesthe rules of the electricity charge management module inthe NCMS.Based on activelyresponding to therequirements of China Mobile's fine management，a preprocesing analysis module withuniversal applicabilityisestablished.The modelcombines cuting-edgetechnologiesuchasbigdataRPAndimagerecognitiontoealizetheutomaticntryofultra-massiedatathe logicaljudgmentofbasicdata，ndtheautomaticanalysisofabnoaldata，hichgreatlyimprovestheentryefciencyanddata accuracy ofthe advance paymentofelectricitycharge，andfurtherconsolidates the strategiccooperationbetween China Tower and China Mobile.
