Abstract:ToinvestigateteefectsofdiferentseedmixingagentsandsoilcoverthicknessonthegerminationofSlviamiltioiza seeds,Saliamtozadseresdsaealsdtreatedwittodnggets,ameludioonildbd im.ThegerminatoncharacteristicsofSlvmltiorzaseedserestudedbycombiningdiferntsoilcoverthicknees.suls showed that the germination efectof Salvia miltiorrhizaseeds treatedwith soil cover thickness ofOcm+1.25 concentration of pyroxene was the best,with germination rate,germination potential,and germination index of 5 9 . 1 7 % , 5 1 . 6 7 % ,and 1 6 . 2 2 % ,respectively.ComparedwithsoiloverticknsofOcalone,tegernatioate,gnationotenal,ndgeinatinineiaed by 1 7 . 0 9 % ,19.59 % ,and 7 5 . 7 3 % ,respectively; The germination rate of the treatment with soil cover thickness of O cm + 2.5 (204號 concentration of pyroxene was only 1 3 . 7 5 % ,which was 2 8 . 3 3 % lower than that of the treatment with soil cover thickness of 0 cm alone.The germination rate of Salvia miltiorrhiza seeds treated with 0 . 0 5 % carbendazim showed no significant difference compared to thecontrol group;The germination rate of Salvia miltiorrhiza seeds treated with 0 . 1 % concentration of carbendazim was significantly reducedcompaedtotosecoveredwithOcmsoilaloe.Isumarytheeasoableapplicationofsddressingagentsantiely improvethegerminationlevelofSviamiltorhzaseds,anddierentsoilcoverticknessesalsoaveasigniicantimpactonthe germinationofSalviamltorrizaseeds.Optimizingthetwofactorsofseedmixtureandsoilcover thicknesshasapromotingefcton improving the germination level of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Seeds.
