重組人干擾素α-2b治療小兒水痘的臨床效果觀察

摘 要 目的：分析小兒水痘臨床治療中重組人干擾素α-2b的臨床效果。方法：以奇偶數(shù)列法為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，將92例水痘患兒分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，各46例。在對(duì)癥支持治療的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)照組予以阿昔洛韋片治療，觀察組予以重組人干擾素α-2b治療，比較臨床效果差異。結(jié)果：觀察組臨床治療效果優(yōu)于對(duì)照組；全部脫痂自愈時(shí)間、水皰結(jié)痂時(shí)間、退熱時(shí)間、瘙癢緩解時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組（P

Clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon α-2b in the treatment of children with chickenpox

ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon a-2b in the treatment of children with chickenpox. Methods： Using the odd-even series method， ninety -two children with chickenpox were divided into a control group and an observation group with 46 cases each. On the basis of symptomatic supportive treatment， the control group was treated with acyclovir tablets， while the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferon a-2b. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results： The clinical efficacy was better and the times for self-healing， blisters crusting， fever reduction and itching relief were shorter in the observation group than the control group （P

水痘是小兒群體中的一種多發(fā)病癥，患兒的臨床表現(xiàn)包括發(fā)熱、皰疹等，這些臨床特點(diǎn)不僅會(huì)對(duì)患兒造成巨大的身心痛苦，如果患兒沒(méi)有得到及時(shí)有效的診治可對(duì)其正常生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育造成嚴(yán)重影響，而且水痘還具有傳染性[1-2]。（剩余4800字）
