NewReflections on ManagementTheories in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: The rapid development of artificial intelligence in the 2lstcentury is playing a role in reshap ing the entire society.In addition to the improvement of production efficiency and precise optimization of decision-making, it also raises new social ethical and management issues. Exploring how to adapt to the sustainable development of human civilization in the era of artificial intelligence is an important proposition of management theory. This paper focuses on the evolution and development trend of China's management mode under the technological change,and puts forward new thinking on the influence of the era of artificial intelligence from the perspective of culture and civilization. This paper reviews the development history of the management model since the founding of People's Republic of China,and summarizes the characteristics of the management model from the two dimensions of the research method of the management model and the evolution of the assumption of human nature. In terms of the challenges brought by artificial intelligence to Chinese management,it puts forward a per spective based on the assumption of“subject person” and the integration of Oriental wisdom and the commonality of human civilization.Promote mutual understanding and integration between diferent cultures and contribute to the theoretical thinking of Oriental wisdom.

本文回溯新中國成立以來我國現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展進(jìn)程,從橫向(管理模式的研究方法)和縱向(人性假設(shè)的演變)兩個維度剖析管理模式的發(fā)展特征,最終站在文化與文明的視角,為應(yīng)對今后人工智能時代的新機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),以東方管理的智慧提出管理的新和諧。(剩余15278字)
