傳統(tǒng)儒家視角下的西方組織文化理論研究
Research on Western Organizational Culture Theory from thePerspective ofTraditional Confucianism

Abstract: Starting from the essence of organizational culture theory,this study concludes that traditional Confucianism also has its own organizational culture theory.And based on this,a comparison was made between traditional Confucianism and Western organizational culture theory. The results show that Western organizational culture theory not only lacks a fundamental humanistic purpose,but also fails to recognize the existence and importance of the absolute standard used to evaluate various values.Moreover,the assumption of“complex people”on which it is based also has many problems. Compared to traditional Confucianism,it does not make the necessary distinction between human heart and nature,and its understanding of human nature actually remains at the level of human heart, without grasping the essence of human nature like traditional Confucianism.
