【摘要】實(shí)驗(yàn)室是社會(huì)公益性質(zhì)的中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)，在質(zhì)量監(jiān)督工作中具有非常重要的作用。而實(shí)驗(yàn)室的管理和技術(shù)水平的提升與實(shí)驗(yàn)室自身的素質(zhì)有著較為密切的聯(lián)系，通過管理評(píng)審工作能夠有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室自身素質(zhì)的提升。本文將對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室最高管理者如何有效做好管理評(píng)審工作進(jìn)行分析，希望為實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理提供一定的參考。

How to Effectively Conduct Management Review by the Top Manager of a Laboratory

Abstract： The laboratory is a social welfare intermediary service institution that plays a very important role in quality supervision work. The improvement of laboratory management and technical level is closely related to the quality of the laboratory itself， and through management review work， the improvement of the laboratory’s own quality can be effectively achieved. This article will analyze how the top management of a laboratory can effectively carry out management review work， hoping to provide some reference for laboratory management.
