RB/T 214—2017解析及實(shí)際執(zhí)行中應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題

【摘要】本文對(duì)RB/T 214—2017《檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定能力評(píng)價(jià)檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)通用要求》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所規(guī)定內(nèi)容進(jìn)行解析，并根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在機(jī)構(gòu)、人員、場(chǎng)所環(huán)境、設(shè)備設(shè)施、管理體系上的一些要求，給出針對(duì)措施和方案。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the contents specified in the standard RB/T 214—2017 Competence assessment for inspection body and laboratory mandatory approval—General requirements for inspection body and laboratory， and gives corresponding measures and plans according to some requirements of the standard on institutions， personnel， site environment， equipment and facilities， and management system.
