三氧在缺血再灌注損傷中的研究進(jìn)展
[摘要] 缺血再灌注(I/R)損傷是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的過程。三氧主要通過誘導(dǎo)機(jī)體產(chǎn)生輕度氧化應(yīng)激來激活抗氧化系統(tǒng)和促進(jìn)氧釋放,以對不同器官的I/R損傷起保護(hù)作用?;仡櫧陙砣踉诟髌鞴買/R損傷方面的研究進(jìn)展,對其作用特點(diǎn)及機(jī)制予以綜述。

RESEARCH PROGRESS IN OZONE IN ALLEVIATING ISCHEMIA-REPERFUSION INJURY ZHANG Lin, CAO Qianqian, SUN Lina, WANG Shoushi (School of Anesthesiology, Weifang Medical University, Weifang 261053, China)\; [ABSTRACT] Ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury is a complex process. Ozone can activate the antioxidant system and promote oxygen release by inducing mild oxidative stress in the body, thus alleviating the I/R injury in different organs. This article reviews the research progress in ozone in alleviating I/R injury in various organs in recent years, and its characteristics and mechanism of action.
