Kounis綜合征研究進(jìn)展

[摘要] Kounis綜合征是急性冠狀動(dòng)脈綜合征與過敏反應(yīng)同時(shí)并存的一組癥候群，臨床報(bào)道文獻(xiàn)較少，多為病例個(gè)案報(bào)道，缺乏對(duì)該病的系統(tǒng)認(rèn)知，臨床易誤診漏診。為了更好地了解本病，本文擬從Kounis綜合征發(fā)展史、流行病學(xué)特點(diǎn)、發(fā)病機(jī)制、臨床分型與特點(diǎn)及臨床診治等方面作一概述。

RESEARCH PROGRESS OF KOUNIS SYNDROME WANG Yingchun， LI Zhaoshui， CHI Yifan， JI Wenyan （School of Clinical Medicine， Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Jinan 250000， China）＼; [ABSTRACT] Kounis syndrome is a group of syndromes of acute coronary syndrome coexisting with allergic reaction. There are few clinical reports， most of which are case reports. Systematic knowledge of the disease is deficient， so clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis can easily occur. In order to better understand Kounis syndrome， this paper summarizes the disease in terms of the development history， epidemiological characteristics， pathogenesis， clinical classification and characteristics， and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
